What it costs, per result and per gram.
I compare at-home blood tests by price per result, and NMN supplements by price per gram. A person checks every price by hand, on the company's own checkout page, and the date sits next to it. Each list is sorted by the numbers alone.

How new this page is
I set up this tracker on 23 September 2026. The first price check is on 28 October 2026. Until then there are no prices here, on purpose. I'd rather show you an empty page with a date on it than a table of filler rows, or prices copied from someone's affiliate price feed.
The two lists below are everything I plan to track, named up front. I add each product once it's been checked in full. A row only appears once every column in it is filled in, dated, and backed by an archived copy of the page the price came from.

The main number is price per result: what you pay for the basic test, divided by the number of different results it reports. Nobody publishes this number. It's the fastest way to compare a cheap test with an expensive one.
It isn't a quality score. A hundred results you don't need aren't worth more than twenty you do.

What each column means
- Price
- The basic test, including any required membership or draw fee. Add-ons are left out.
- Results
- The number of different results on the company's own published list for that test, counted by me. A result reported twice counts once.
- Price per result
- Price ÷ results. The list is sorted by this.
- Blood tests a year
- Shown on its own, not folded into the price, so a membership with two blood tests a year isn't quietly shown at half price.
- Change
- Which way the price moved since the last check, and by how much. Says “new” until there's a second check.
- Checked
- The date I read the price, with a link to the archived page.
- Grade
- How solid the evidence is for the row, A to C. See the grades below.
- Pays me?
- Paid link, no affiliate program, or declined.

The main number is price per gram of NMN. Two bottles with very different shelf prices can cost the same per gram, or one can cost four times as much. You can't tell from the shelf price.
Servings per container, milligrams per serving, form and subscription discount are spread across the product page. This turns them all into one number you can compare.
This list says nothing about whether NMN works. It compares prices.

What each column means
- Form
- Powder, capsule or sublingual (dissolves under the tongue).
- mg per serving
- From the label, per labelled serving. Some products count two capsules as one serving.
- Total NMN
- mg per serving × servings ÷ 1000, in grams.
- Price per gram
- List price ÷ total NMN. The list is sorted by this.
- Subscribe price per gram
- The same sum at the standard subscribe-and-save price, because most people who take NMN keep taking it.
- Change · Checked · Grade · Pays me?
- Same as for blood tests.
How it works
How I get the numbers
- By hand, from the source. I read every price off the company's own site, on the date shown. No bots that copy prices, no affiliate network price feeds, no saved affiliate prices. Feeds fall behind, and bots misread bundles.
- Archived. Each price links to a dated copy of the page it came from, so you can check my reading.
- Largest standard size, US price. No first-order promo codes, because you only get them once.
- My own discount codes are left out. Including them would let what I earn quietly change the order.
- Shipping is noted, not added in. A free-shipping minimum can change which products are cheapest when you buy one bottle.
- Bundles are left out. An NMN “stack” mixes several ingredients. I can't price it per gram of NMN without making up how the price splits between them.
- Checked every month. Every row shows the date it was checked. If a row is more than 45 days old, treat it as out of date and tell me.
Grades
- A
- Price read from the company's own checkout page on the check date, and archived. Amount (results or mg) from the company's own published list or label.
- B
- Price from the company's own site, but the amount comes from another source, or the archived copy didn't save.
- C
- Price from another shop's listing only.
Limits
What this doesn't measure, on purpose
- Purity, and whether it's what the label says. I haven't lab-tested any of these products. A cheap product with less in it than the label says isn't cheap. Ask the brand for a recent certificate of analysis (a lab report on the product) from an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab, for the batch you're buying.
- Test quality. Price per result doesn't tell you which lab runs the test, how the sample is handled, or whether the results are ones you need.
- Whether any of it does anything. This page compares prices. It makes no health claims about any test or supplement.
- Storage. NMN soaks up moisture and breaks down with heat and humidity. Bulk powder that's 40% cheaper per gram isn't a saving if a third of it spoils before you use it.
